Academics currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Teacher of Spanish (Modern Foreign Languages) to work in one of their partnership Ofsted rated academies of ‘Good’ in Uttoxeter from September 2024.

This position can be either part-time or full-time and will be on a long term basis. For the right candidate the role does have the strong possibility of becoming a permanent teaching post.

Our partnership school is known to have a unique curriculum and they eagerly encourage learners to combine theory with practical activities, heavily promoting to students to put all learning into practice.

Whether you have years of experience behind you, or you are at the beginning stages of your teaching career this rewarding role offers an excellent setting to teach!

Spanish Teacher’s that apply for our September role must have:

* The relevant Spanish and/or Modern Foreign Languages qualification(s): PGCE, B. Ed, or BA Hons, with a UK Qualified Teaching Status (QTS/QTLS).

* Confident communication and motivation skills in the classroom.

* Have strong behaviour management with excellent subject knowledge.

* Be able to adapt quickly within the academy and to be a good team player with staff.

* Hold a current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the Update Service or to be prepared to apply for a new Enhanced DBS with ourselves (cost applied).
