About the Role:
As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive learning environment, helping each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities
* Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN
* Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
* Support students’ social and emotional development
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake necessary training
* DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
