Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide tailored support and assistance to the child with autism, both academically and emotionally.
* Implement strategies and interventions to promote engagement and progress.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with the school's SENCO and teaching staff to ensure the child's needs are met effectively.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children with autism or SEN (Special Educational Needs).
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
