Do you have recent experience working in a school setting and have a good working knowledge of SIMS?

Academics LTD are currently working with this OFSTED outstanding School to recruit an experienced School Administrator / Receptionist to join their team. This one form entry Primary school is based 2 minutes’ walk from the underground station and has excellent local bus connections. You will be joining a fantastic staff team who go the extra mile to make sure children attending their school get the best education possible. This small school has a strong family ethos where everyone is welcome and a Christian ethos. Adults and children from all faiths and backgrounds work together to high standards and are encouraged to do their best work.

The senior leadership team are looking for an Administrator to join their team who will offer a warm welcome to their visitors, staff and children and help deal with their queries.

The role will include;

* Reception Duties – Meeting and welcoming pupils, parents, staff and visitors to the school
* Data Entry – Inputting attendance onto sims
* General office duties including answering the phone, filing, dealing with enquires

The role would suit a candidate;

* Who is confident using SIMS
* Has at least 6 months experience working in a school setting
* Have a high standard of literacy and numeracy skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* A “Can do”, positive approach to work
* With excellent people skills
