Ideal role for an aspiring Clinical, Education and Health Psychologist, interviews and trial days taking place immediately.

Giving the children a sense of acceptance and objectives. If you genuinely care about SEN, Autism and Mental Health, this is an outstanding school in which to start. Learning form an outstanding group of leaders, Teachers and LSAs, trial ASAP and set yourself up for a year long role.

* Primary School – EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Restorative and holistic practices in place, working 1-1, 1-2 and all round class role. It’s a very diverse role
* If there is a behaviour need then that will mean a need is not being met at home or within school
* ADHD, Aspergers, OCD, Dyslexia and a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges
* Focus on MFL if that is an area of specialism
* Creating the right balance of personal and group education
* Focus on trauma and nature nurture, restorative practices will be employed
* Range of age and size of children in each class, very diverse role and ideal experience
* Diverse school when looking at socio-economic status, faith, race , culture and, especially, luck
* Focus on learning need and Autism, delivering key and personal/functional skills
* Practical, creative and vocational subjects, what sparks joy for the students and will help them positively contribute to society
* 350 students, classes of 25 and a real focus on all of the academic, creative and sports, dependent on the student and context
* £70-£75 per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8.15 to 4.15

This is a Learning Support Assistant role that will put you into challenging, sometimes Anti-Social contexts that will build your foundations of experience. With this LSA role starting after, de-escalation and the language around it is incredibly important! This is a specialist school where empathy and pragmatism are key, focus on the holistic and therapeutic.

Therapeutic, Holistic and Restorative Practices are used, pragmatism and positive reinforcement will be key skills in this LSA role in Hackney. The role specialises in working with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues and Wellness concerns. The children you are raising attainment with set you up for teacher training or potentially, a MSc in your chosen field. A real focus on languages as well.

Behaviour is only one aspect of this role, it is imperative that you have the academic skill to be able to raise academic attainment across a number of areas. The focus will be on the KS2 students, Year 4 to Year 6.

The LSA role will give you experience in safeguarding and assessment of what rehabilitation students require to be empowered back into mainstream education. It is important to understand, where the boys come from, what the boys have been through and the importance of clear objectives being set for them, making them feel valued within education in the process.
