The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, inspire students, and support their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons that engage and challenge students
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their development
* Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to enhance student learning
* Maintain communication with parents and carers regarding student progress and development
* Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* Passionate about teaching and committed to student development
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
