The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic educator who can deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire students and foster a love for the English language and literature. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive department that is committed to continuous improvement and excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Implement our bespoke teaching and learning philosophy to make learning both enjoyable and rigorous.
* Monitor and support the progress of all students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
* Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and innovative teaching resources.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that promote student engagement and community spirit.

About You:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree / teaching experience in English.
