Are you a dynamic History Teacher ready to bring the past to life for the next generation? We are partnering with a progressive secondary academy in Hull to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable History Teacher for a September 2025 start.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them connect with the subject on both an academic and personal level.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent with a specialism in History

Demonstrated experience teaching KS3 and KS4 History in line with the National Curriculum
*

An innovative teaching style that encourages curiosity, debate, and independent thinking
*

Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
*

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
*

A genuine enthusiasm for making history accessible, relevant, and inspiring
