Your Role as our Mid-day Supervisor in Retford:
As the crucial link between the classroom and the playground, you will be responsible for supervising pupils throughout the lunch period. Your key duties will include:
* Actively supervising children in the dining hall, promoting positive eating habits and a social atmosphere.
* Managing and engaging with pupils during outdoor and indoor play, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.
* Upholding school behaviour policies and encouraging positive interactions.
* Taking responsibility for the safety and well-being of all pupils in the teacher's absence.
* Assisting with minor first aid incidents and reporting any concerns, following robust safeguarding procedures.

While not essential, the following would be highly advantageous:
* A paediatric first aid qualification.
