ABA Assistant – Bicester

A specialist school in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring ABA Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.
As an ABA Assistant, you will:
* Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies.
* Help students develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills.
* Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
* Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment.
* Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement.
We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:
* Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
* A confident communicator with a genuine interest in autism and SEN.
* Interested in gaining experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
* Able to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues.

* Pay: £93–£110 per day
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
