My client Primary school is a very popular 2 form entry Primary school based in the centre of the borough of Wandsworth. The Headteacher would like to appoint an experienced class teacher to join the team from April 2020.

There is a secure Senior leadership team in place who will be able to nurture and support an experienced class teacher to take the first steps into middle leadership or allow a more experienced middle leader to grow at a pace that suit them.

The school has an amazing reputation for children making excellent progress as they move from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 2 with children leaving the school with skill well above national average. This success is due to the fantastic internal relationships between staff and a responsible and active Senior Leadership team. Pupil progress and behaviour management is everyone’s business and due to open communication there is an augmented behaviour management system in place which encourages and deliver excellent behaviour plus excellent pastoral care where children are quickly and properly assessed and correct interventions are put in place.

The role would suit a friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic teacher who is ready to get stuck in this April and help children make amazing progress and enjoy fantastic lessons. The school has a genuinely passionate team who are ready to welcome their new member of staff and help them settle in to their new teaching career. It is essential that you have qualified teacher status (QTS) or the equivalent teaching qualifications recognised by NARIC to be considered for this role.

Interviews will be arranged ASAP so please get in touch with a copy of your CV for further details about this role and to make an appointment to see the school.
