We are looking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the school’s experienced English Department, starting in February full time or part time.

This outstanding secondary Academy is an 11-18 setting in a picturesque village in the heart of the Chilterns.

The have nearly 1100 students on roll including a successful and growing sixth Form. The staff feel they genuinely feel like part of a team; a team who are striving to help each student flourish both academically and personally.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT
* To teach all 3 Sciences
* An engaging and dynamic style of teaching
* The drive and ambition to promote academic excellence

* Be able to develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences to all students.
* Be an aspirational professional who is enthusiastic, influential and committed to working in pursuit of success for the academy and its learners.
* To set high expectations for all pupils, to deepen their knowledge and understanding and to maximise their achievement.

The successful candidate will

* Be hardworking and enthusiastic colleague with a love of learning and a passion for high delivering high quality lessons across KS3 and 4.
* Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher and form tutor
* Facilitate and encourage a learning experience, which provides students with
* Be committed to the safeguarding of children
