Yasmin is the Branch Manager for the Chelmsford office, and works with primary schools in Essex and East London. Yasmin joined Academics in April 2016 as a Resourcer and Compliance Administrator, which gave her an excellent rounded knowledge of what to look for in suitable teachers, senior leaders and support staff. In 2022, Yasmin was promoted to Chelmsford Branch manager and along with the rest of her team, covers Primary, Secondary, SEN and Nursery schools across Essex, as well as her original East London patch.

Prior to joining Academics, Yasmin worked for the London Borough of Waltham Forest as a qualified Careers Adviser, working with Secondary Schools, Colleges and Job Centres. Yasmin is a huge family girl at heart and enjoys walking her dogs Woody, Buzz and Dolly in the Essex countryside.
