Yasmin is the Branch Manager for the Chelmsford office, and works with primary schools in Essex and East London. Yasmin joined Academics in April 2016 as a Resourcer and Compliance Administrator, which gave her an excellent rounded knowledge of what to look for in suitable teachers, senior leaders and support staff. Yasmin progressed to a consultant in October 2017 and has since looked after schools in Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering & Essex. In 2022, Yasmin was promoted to Chelmsford Branch manager and along with the rest of her team, covers Primary, Secondary, SEN and Nursery schools across Essex, as well as her original East London patch.
Being originally from East London, and ‘Awesomestow’ as she likes to refer to it as, Yasmin thoroughly enjoys finding suitable staff for local schools so that she can give back to the community in which she grew up in and now her local area of Essex. Prior to joining Academics, Yasmin worked for the London Borough of Waltham Forest as a qualified Careers Adviser, working with Secondary Schools, Colleges and Job Centres. Yasmin is a huge family girl at heart and enjoys walking her dogs Woody, Buzz and Dolly in the Essex countryside.
