Jonny joined Academics to launch and head up the Guildford branch in early 2019, and now holds the position of Regional Manager of Surrey, Reading and Southampton where he has built a strong, successful business with a highly pro-active team.
Jonny has worked in the recruitment field for a substantial length of time, and prior to joining Academics Ltd, owned an education recruitment business of his own.
He has the reputation of being highly skilled in proactive recruitment, headhunting, and finding the right candidates for hard to fill vacancies, as well as identifying opportunities for talented individuals.
Jonny enjoys playing golf in his spare time, has a sharp sense of humour, and for his sins supports Chelsea.

Sam has been working in education recruitment since 2014 and joined Academics in early 2019 as a key member of the new Guildford branch. Most of his experience has been working within the Primary sector where he has developed a highly successful desk.
Sam has built and sustained exceptional relationships with clients and has tended effectively to the recruitment needs of schools in the area, as well building strong networks within the industry.
Sam is also a keen football fan and is a determined Manchester United fan.

Dale has been involved in education recruitment for three years having previously worked in healthcare recruitment. Dale has proven his skill in candidate sourcing, client relations and matching candidates to well-suited roles in the industry.
In his spare time, Dale is the head coach of a local football club, which helps to distract him from the woes of supporting Watford.

Ben’s career in education recruitment spans six years and he has joined the Guildford team to provide recruitment services to SEN schools across Surrey and Hampshire, including academy trusts, consortium's and independent providers. Ben has prior teaching and training experience in pupil referral units, private training providers and schools.
Ben has the reputation of having an unorthodox ping-pong playing style, and supporting Liverpool.

Judith joined the team in early 2019 in the role of Resourcer where her responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates.
Judith spent over fifteen years in the corporate recruitment industry prior to relocating from South Africa to the UK, and into the education sector.
Judith is not a football fan, but stubbornly continues to support the Springboks.

Eleanor has been working in Education Recruitment since August 2022, specialising in SEN, and has a proven knowledge of the industry, having previously worked in Education and Surrey Children’s Services. Eleanor has quickly demonstrated her skillset in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates, candidate resourcing, and matching candidates to well-suited roles within the industry where they can thrive and progress their career.
Eleanor will be on her 4th meal of the day by 10am, and aside from the 9-5 - you’ll find her doing a Parkrun wherever she may be on a Saturday morning.

Olivia joined Academics as a Resourcer in April 2022, where she was responsible for sourcing and registering candidates for the Guildford office.
As of September, Olivia became a Consultant for the secondary desk, having taught History in Secondary Schools previously. Olivia is known as the “Silent Assassin” – floorboards make more noise – but despite this, she has built successful relationships with schools across Surrey, while helping to fill their cover and permanent roles.
Olivia is the biggest nerd in the office and spends her lunches reading books to try drown out the football talk.
