Andy joined Academics in July 2019 having spent 18 years in Engineering Recruitment. With two young children in Primary School he is keen to make sure that kids their age get the best possible education, and so he’s now doing his bit by providing the highest possible calibre Teachers and Teaching Assistants to Primary Schools across Warrington, St Helens, Halton and Wigan.

Andy comes from Liverpool and went to University in Leeds where he gained his degree in Business & Finance. Outside of work he loves spending time with his 3 kids, is a season ticket holder at Anfield (home of the European Champions) and general fitness fanatic.

Roxanne joined Academics in November 2017 and has now worked in education recruitment for over 2 years! Having previously worked in sales has given her a personable approach when recruiting teaching and support staff for her schools. Roxanne works closely with secondary schools across the North West. Outside of work Roxanne spends time with her husband, family and friends and her fur baby Ted the Pomeranian (who actually thinks he is a much bigger dog than what he is) Being an Essex native Roxanne regularly makes the long journey down to Essex over the weekends to spend time with family and friends.
