Meet the Teaching Agency in Hull
The Yorkshire and Humberside teaching agency office in Hull of Academics operates throughout Licolnshire, Hull, East Riding & North Yorkshire. Our team work closely with both Qualified Teachers and also school support staff in Hull and the surrounding areas in order to find them suitable day to day supply, long term and permanent teaching jobs, and school support jobs, based on their own requirements. We work closely with schools, Nurseries, Colleges and referral units across the region in order to ensure that they get the best available teaching and support staff. The team take great pride and satisfaction in the relationships they have developed with both Teachers and Schools since the Hull teaching agency branch opened back in 2012. Since then, they have worked extremely hard to establish the Hull office as the schools preferred partner to help with their teaching jobs and support jobs. Their reputation continues to go from strength to strength because of the dedication they put into the work they do.

Adam joined Academics in January 2019 having already worked in education recruitment for 5 years since making the change from being a Teacher himself. Having also managed a post 16 centre of excellence in Hull Adam brought together all the functions to improve both the learner and staff experience and he still aims to do this today in the schools he supports.
Adam is predominantly supporting schools throughout the Lincolnshire areas and is always looking to secure the best quality of staff he can to really add value to the school and pupils on both a short and long term basis.
This is what one of his schools had to say about him:
“Adam always goes the extra mile to ensure that he understands the needs of our pupils so that he can find the right candidate to support them and us. His professionalism continues to have a positive impact on the service we provide. Adam is very organised, conscientious and knowledgeable, but most of all he is genuine; he never makes promises he can’t keep. I continue to make Adam my first point of contact because I know I can trust him to provide the right candidates at the right time.”
Outside of work Adam enjoys the simple things in life, together with his partner he is regularly out in the countryside walking their 3 dogs or watching their 2 children Grace and Ethan ride their ponies.
