Matt has been involved in Recruitment for almost 10 years, working across different sectors such as Industrial, Banking, and Sales. However, more recently his girlfriend became a teacher herself, prompting Matt to look at opportunities to work within the education sector. Since joining Academics, Matt has built strong relationships with local primary schools across North Staffordshire and East Cheshire and strives to provide a personable service to both schools and to all our teachers as he knows from first hand experience how hard teachers work! Outside of work Matt loves sports, especially golf, football and snooker, and enjoys going on walks and taking in the views of the English Countryside. Who doesn’t?

Jade joined Academics in the summer of 2017 to start up a secondary desk in the Stafford area specialising in daily and long term supply. Jade is a very sociable person so she really enjoys the relationship building side to her role, as well as furthering her knowledge of the education sector.
She has lived in Staffordshire all her life so she is very familiar with the area and the local schools.
Jade’s spare time is mostly taken up by her Miniature Dachshund, Rupert who is glued to her side. She also loves eating out and has an addiction to fast food so she also tries to venture to the gym when she can.
