Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant

Location: Selby, North Yorkshire

Key Responsibilities: As an EYFS Teaching Assistant at Academics, you will:

* Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons for children aged 3-5 years.
* Create a safe, inspiring, and inclusive learning environment.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
* Help with the assessment and tracking of children's progress.
* Foster a love for learning through play-based activities.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:

* A relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
* A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* A valid DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
