SEN Teacher – Worthing – June 2024

As an SEN Teacher you will play a crucial role in providing specialized instruction and support to students with a range of SEN. You will work closely with a diverse group of learners, tailoring your teaching methods to meet their unique needs and abilities. Your role will be to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that fosters both academic and personal growth.

Main Responsibilities of a SEN Teacher:

* Develop and implement personalized learning plans for each student, taking into consideration their strengths, challenges, and learning styles.
* Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and specialists to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to meeting students' needs.

Requirements needed to become a SEN Teacher:

* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Passion for making a difference in the lives of students with SEN.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have relevant teaching qualifications (teaching degree with QTS or equivalent)
