Watford, Hertfordshire – History Teacher – Education and Training
Academics are working with a Secondary school in Watford and are currently recruiting for a History Teacher on a full-time basis to teach History to key stage 3 and 4. This role is to start after February half term up until Easter with a potential to be extended for the rest of the academic year. I am keen to hear from History Teachers who have a passion for History / Humanities and be committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students.
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
* Keep up to date with the latest developments in History education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into teaching practice where appropriate.
* Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
Requirements:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS), (ECT) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching History to students of all ages and abilities
* Enhanced DBS
* Rights to work in the UK
* NQTs welcome
