Join our team as a Pastoral Support Worker specialising in Behaviour and Special Educational Needs. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail to meet statutory requirements within SEN. If you have a passion for supporting students and are adept at day-to-day tasks such as formatting documents, assisting students in crafting statements, collating documents, organising daily detentions on SIMS, and facilitating the collection of students for Heads of Year or appointments, we want to hear from you!

Position: Pastoral Support Worker (Behaviour and SEN)

Pastoral Support Worker - Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in addressing statutory requirements within SEN.
* Provide valuable support to students in drafting statements and other written materials.
* Efficiently format documents and assist in collating essential paperwork.
* Organise and manage daily detentions through the SIMS system.
* Coordinate the collection of students for Heads of Year or scheduled appointments.
* Offer administrative support following behaviour incidents.

Pastoral Support Worker -Requirements:

* A strong commitment to supporting students and promoting positive behaviour.
* Keen attention to detail to meet statutory requirements within SEN.
* Proficient in document formatting and administration tasks.
* Familiarity with SIMS for organising and managing detentions.
