We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastoral Administrator with a background in behaviour and Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you have relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, or have worked within SEN/Inclusion, we invite you to apply for this pivotal role.

Senior Pastoral Administrator (Behaviour and SEN) - Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all administrative tasks following behaviour incidents or investigations, ensuring a thorough and efficient process.
* Provide line management for the Pastoral Support Worker, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
* Take charge of administration for the SEN and Inclusion Faculty, including the crucial role of Personal Assistant to the SENCo.
* Manage the SENCo's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle document formatting with precision.
* Liaise effectively with external agencies to coordinate support and resources for students with SEN.

Senior Pastoral Administrator (Behaviour and SEN) - Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role, such as PA, Senior Administrator, or within SEN/Inclusion.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage and oversee administrative tasks effectively.
* Ability to provide strong line management support to the Pastoral Support Worker.
* Proficient in calendar management, meeting scheduling, and document formatting.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
