SEN Early Years Teacher

Would you want to develop new skills in an SEN School?
I have an SEN Teacher role in EYFS in a Special School in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. In this class you will be teaching a small group of 5 Early Years Students that have Autism, Complex Needs, Verbal & Non-Verbal.
This school is a large all through School that is newly refurbished and has a large space for their staff room, you will be welcomed to the SEN Side of the School and have support from in class SEN TA's within the classroom. They provide structured plans and picture boards to allow the children to express how they are feeling through the day and you can act accordingly.
I am looking for a committed, passionate and empathetic nature SEN Teacher preferably with experience within SEN or Early Years Teaching recently.
You will need to have the following:
* Experience working in a Primary School setting (mainstream or SEN)
* Experience with Speech & Communication Needs
* Experience with ASD
* Able to commit to 5 days a week
* Excellent communication skills
* English QTS
* Ability to adapt to a child's individual needs and able to demonstrate previous experience of this
* Able to start January 2024
* Enhanced DBS Check
