The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant for this role, is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable of SEN and supporting SEN individuals.
Responsibilities of the ideal Behaviour Support Assistant:
* Providing support to SEN/Behavioural Needs Students aged 11-19
* Communicate effectively with other members of Staff/SLT/DSLs
* Be a role model of positive attitudes, behaviours and values.
