Are you a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a background in sales or telesales? Academics is seeking a new member to join our thriving Hull Branch as an Educational Recruitment Consultant. While we've been serving local primary and secondary schools for over a decade, we're still growing and have exciting expansion plans on the horizon.
What We Are Looking For:
* Sales Success - If you've excelled in a competitive sales environment, you're the type of person we want on our team.
* No Prior Education Recruitment Experience Needed - Don't worry if you haven't worked in educational recruitment before – we'll provide comprehensive training, mentoring, and coaching on the job.
* Key Skills - Excellent organisational competence, top-notch communication, and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
* A Degree Is a Plus - Whilst not essential, having a degree is an advantage.
* Early Mornings, Office-Based - The role involves early morning starts. typically 7:30am, during term time and is office-based.
