Key responsibilities as a Secondary School TA:
* Support teaching and learning in Secondary school pupils
* Work with children 1 : 1 and in smaller groups to help deliver well-rounded education
* Manage and support classroom tasks
* Assist other teaching staff on external visits
* Have a good understanding of Mathematics, English and science.
* Have a passion for safeguarding
* Have a calm and adaptable personality for behaviour management
* Promoting positive behaviour
* Encouraging school policies and procedures.
* Have a calm and supportive personality as a Secondary School TA.
Requirements as Secondary School TA:
* Relevant experience working as a Secondary School TA or in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
* Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
* A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
