Seeking Experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant for Year 3 Classroom in Beckenham.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have a proven track record of providing dedicated support in a classroom setting? We are looking for a skilled 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a team in Beckenham.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized support and guidance to a complex SEN child within the Year 3 classroom environment.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs and learning styles of the student.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies and interventions.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported in their educational journey.
* Monitor and track the progress of the student, providing regular feedback to the teaching team and parents/carers.

Requirements as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Beckenham:

* Previous experience working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a similar role, ideally within a Year 3 setting.
* Strong understanding of SEN requirements and experience supporting children with complex needs.
* Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for empowering children to reach their full potential.
