A well-established school in the Worcester area is seeking an enthusiastic PPA teacher to join their vibrant team this term for 3 days a week to cover KS1/KS2 lessons during PPA (Planning, preparation and Assessment) periods.

As a PPA Teacher, you will play a vital role in the school by providing exceptional teaching-and-learning experiences for KS1/KS2 pupils during their teachers’ PPA time. During these lessons you will cover a range of subjects, with emphasis on the continuity of the pupils overall progress in learning. You will be expected to liaise regularly with the classes’ permeant teacher to ensure that this continuity is met and that the changeover is smooth. It is of paramount importance that the children feel supported and at ease during this period. This is a great role to gain more classroom experience as you will have the opportunity to work with a range of students from diverse backgrounds and leaning abilities. You will be able to exhibit your enthusiasm and expertise to inspire their academic and personal growth.

As a PPA Teacher , we will require;

* QTS or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of the National British Curriculum for KS2.
* Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive environment in the classroom so that the children can reach their full potential.
* Ability to work effectively as part of team and collaborate with colleagues.
