Academics are looking for strong and confident teaching Assistants to support children in the classroom who require additional support in Primary schools in the Winchester area
To be considered for work as a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to confidently assist in the preparation of lesson plans and materials. Support the teacher in the classroom by providing instruction and guidance to students. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher. Assist with grading and record keeping.

* Have confidence in working with children and young people to pass on knowledge

* Have an innovative, creative attitude and strategic thinker
* Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to working with others
