We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school community located in the heart of Banstead.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with individual students, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential. Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Banstead

Salary: £80-90 per day

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Assist students in accessing the curriculum and completing classroom tasks.
* Implement strategies to promote academic progress and social development.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with SEN children in an educational setting is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous.
