Key Responsibilities of a Classroom Support Assistant:
* Assisting teachers in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may require extra assistance.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Helping with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Collaborating with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) when needed.
* Being a positive role model and mentor to students.

What Is Required For The Role Of Classroom Support Assistant?
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Patience and the ability to work well with students of different ages and abilities.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
