We are working in partnership with a Primary School in Berkhamsted that is currently seeking an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.
This particular role will suit an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant that is seeking a more educational learning role other than supporting students with SEN.
Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Berkhamsted
Contract: Full time permanent
Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
Assisting with planning and preparing teaching materials
Supporting students with their individual learning needs
Monitoring and assessing student progress
Providing feedback to students and parents
Being a positive role model for students
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
A passion for supporting and nurturing young learners
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are preferred
