As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing students with a solid foundation for their academic journey. Delivering high-quality and engaging lessons, you'll utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the individual needs of every child. Working closely with teaching assistants and other staff members, you'll create a positive and engaging classroom environment, fostering a love for learning and the development of essential skills.

To be successful in this KS1 Teacher role, you'll possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

* Strong behavioral management skills and a range of defusing methods to address this, if necessary.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents.
