Position: Reception Year Teacher - EYFS – Primary School
Location: Croydon
Contract: Full-time, Permanent OR Long Term Contract
Role and Responsibilities:
Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment conducive to the development of Reception Year children
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child
Assess progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous growth
Collaborate with other members of the Early Years team to develop cohesive curriculum plans and initiatives
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
Reception Year Teacher – EYFS - Primary School - Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and its principles
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting holistic development
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
