Position overview: SEND Teaching Assistant - Southall

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the education of our students. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide support and guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparations
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help
* Monitoring and maintaining a positive classroom environment
* Grading assignments and providing constructive feedback
* Supporting classroom technology and resources
* Communicating with parents and guardians when necessary
