As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of students. Your daily tasks will include:

* Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
* Assisting in the preparation and implementation of classroom activities.
* Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborating with teachers to tailor lessons to meet individual student needs.
* Being a friendly face that students can turn to when they need guidance.

What’s required of you to be a Learning Support Assistant?

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students on a personal level.
* You must be patient, empathetic and resilient
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
