An ‘outstanding’ Primary School in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, London are looking to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant/ Nursery Nurse for March 2024 start. This is a full time & long-term post for the whole of the academic year.

** Long term contract until July 2024
** Teaching Training available September 2024
** £350-£600 per week

Early Years Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
* Working across Nursery & Reception classes
* Carrying out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing Sessions
* Assisting with general classroom duties
* Supporting mild SEN when needed
* Providing 1:1 and group booster sessions
* Working 1:1 with mild SEN (sometimes)
Early Years Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
* Hold a Level 2 or 3 CACHE Qualification in Childcare
* Hold a Level 6 or degree within childcare or education
* Hold recent paediatric first aid certificate
* Have an understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Have school based experienced ideally or have experience within private nurseries
* Have an enthusiasm about working in EYFS and with children
* Work well as a team
* Good communication
