What does working as a qualified teaching assistant involve?
* Possessing a Level 3/ Grade 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a BA Hons Degree in Education
* Supporting the class teacher by encouraging the completion of tasks
* Motivating and supporting pupils with their work
* Ensuring the learning environment is inclusive
* Helping pupils to understand their own minds and what subjects they can thrive in
* Setting up classroom displays and keeping the classroom orderly
* Leading intervention groups
* Monitoring the safety of all pupils within your care
* Following and adhering to safeguarding and behavior policies
