Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Contract: Varied work assignments available

Location: North Birmingham

We are working with various SEND schools across the North of Birmingham, and are currently searching for Psychology Graduates to join these schools as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support SEND pupils from 4- 25 years of age.

This is a great opportunity for aspiring Educational and Medical Psychologist, and Occupational Therapists who would like to build on their knowledge of SEND needs, whilst aiding children and young people with SEND to adapt to their situation.

The main role of a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant within a SEND school is to:

* Observe, report and assess behaviour of the student's in your care
* Collaborating with professionals such as Speech and Language therapists, Education/Clinical Psychologists, Nurses etc.
* Keep informed regarding the ever changing strategies used to aid learners with SEND needs.

* DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply.
* A bachelors degree in Psychology
