A wonderful, Slough based primary school, is looking for a HLTA to join their flourishing team of support staff on a long term basis. The school is on track to receive an Outstanding Ofsted grade during their next graded inspection and pupils at the school are described as "highly focused on their learning".
The school would like to appoint a HLTA who has previous experience working within a primary school setting as either a Teaching assistant or a HLTA. To thrive in this role you will display good behaviour management skills, backed by the ability to communicate effectively with members of staff and parents. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently using your own initiative as well as having the confidence and knowledge to deliver 1 to 1, small group and whole class activities.
The Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
* Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
* Long Term/ Permanent Contract.
