Salary: £130 to £180 per day
Cover Supervision offers a flexible approach, allowing you to work on either a day-to-day or long-term basis, with potential for permanent positions. No planning required, just stepping in to cover classes!
We are searching for passionate individuals who are experienced in cover supervision. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, delivering exceptional service.
Key Skills Required:
* Good behaviour management in Croydon schools
* Adaptability & flexibility in Croydon classrooms
* Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum in your specialist subject area, beneficial for teaching in Croydon
* Ability to engage with pupils effectively to enhance teaching and learning in Croydon schools
Requirements:
* Experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role
* Flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation to support teaching and learning
* Effective classroom behaviour management skills tailored to the needs of students
* Adherence to individual school behaviour policies
