Location: Outstanding Stoke Primary School ,Possible Permanent Position!!

An outstanding Stoke Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 class. This position offers the opportunity for a potential permanent role following a successful trial basis, currently facilitated through their esteemed agency provider, Academics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the class teacher in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
* Support individual students with their learning, providing tailored assistance where necessary.
* Contribute to the planning and creation of engaging educational resources.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Collaborate effectively with the teaching team to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.

Requirements:

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience working within a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2.
* A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and the school.
