The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
* Passion for working with children who require additional support in order to maximise their full potential
* Be flexible, proactive and patient
* Experience working in an educational environment
* SEN experience (primarily autism and speech & language)
* Teaching Assistant experience
* Keep accurate records
* Enhanced DBS
