Reception Teacher needed in Orpington!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Reception Teacher to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday. As a Reception Teacher at the school in Orpington, you'll have the unique opportunity to inspire and guide our youngest learners through their crucial early years of education.

Key Responsibilities as a Reception Teacher in Orpington:

* Design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum activities that encourage open-ended play, exploration, and hands-on learning.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to express themselves freely.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a holistic learning experience that addresses the individual needs and interests of each child.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure continuous growth and development.
* Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Qualifications and Experience needed to be a Reception Teacher in Orpington:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or EYTS) and relevant teaching experience in a similar early years setting.
* Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogical approaches that support open-ended play and inquiry-based learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and enriching learning environment for young children.
