The provision is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in this by delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences that meet the unique needs of their pupils. As an SEN Teacher you will work closely with the school's teaching staff and other professionals to enable their pupils to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

As an SEN Teacher, you will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification and QTS status
• Experience in teaching pupils with SEN and Disabilities
• The ability to inspire, engage and motivate pupils with diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The creativity and innovation to design and deliver differentiated and personalised learning experiences
• A commitment to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in education
