Main Responsibilities of an Unqualified Teacher:
* Assist in the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers.
* Support students with their learning and provide one-on-one or small group instruction as needed.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to classroom management and behavior support.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement educational plans.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements to become an Unqualified Teacher:
* Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
