Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Supply, Part-time
We are currently looking for a Cover Supervisor to help cover classes in schools across North Birmingham in areas such as Erdington, Perry Barr and Northfield. You would be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons to the students in the class in a way that engages and enthuses students. Knowledge and experience in teaching or tutoring students using the UK National Curriculum is a must!
Additional Roles and Responsibilities of you as the Cover Supervisor would be to:
* Assist students in their learning, answering questions about the material, so being flexible in supporting various subjects is essential.
* Report progress of the students.
* Familiarise and maintain all school policies, especially regarding safeguarding and behaviour.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit each individual learning needs of the students, whilst accommodating diverse learning needs.
* Build relationships with students through excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
* DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one.
* A Bachelors degree
* Experience of teaching based on the National Curriculum is essential
