Job Description: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers and supporting the learning needs of students across various primary schools in Fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
* Support students during lessons, helping to reinforce learning objectives and facilitate engagement.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress and well-being.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff to meet the needs of all students.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children or young people, preferably within an educational setting.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to build rapport with students and establish positive relationships.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting the learning and development of young learners.
* Willingness to adapt to the needs of different schools and students.
