The Candidate
* Hold GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C Grades).
* Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
* Have experience in providing 1:1 or small group support.
* Be a committed and flexible team player who will be able to work well with others and share ideas.
* Be an ambitious person who is keen to develop their own expertise and who has the desire to achieve.
* Possess an enhanced DBS check.
* Celebrate each child’s individual talents and strengths which will enable them to make progress.
