The Role:

As a Key Stage 1 Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our schools young learners. You will:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and promote active learning.
* Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and ensure every child reaches their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to provide a holistic education experience.
* Implement assessment strategies to track pupil progress and inform future teaching practices.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with Key Stage 1 pupils is desirable but not essential for newly qualified teachers.
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* A passion for promoting a love of learning and fostering a supportive learning environment.
